The owner of the unique style of leadership and communication with people, he was demanding on himself and subordinates, clearly set tasks, defined specific performers and asked for disruption of the tasks.

Magomed Khalimbekovich Hamidov adhered to a collective form of management. As a rule, he made any responsible decisions collegial. He brought promising and personnel, organizational and creative issues for consideration by the collegium and the art council, trying to get away from subjectivity. However, he was not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions.

I consider myself a student of Magomed Halimbekovich. And not only me. For many years of work in the GOSTRODRALIARIA company, he founded and headed the whole school, I would say, the Academy of leaders of different levels, highly qualified television journalists. Today, with satisfaction, it can be emphasized that the staff of the state television and broadcasting company is led by the best students of Magomed Gamidov, those who have withstood serious tests for the fidelity of the profession, fidelity to Dagestan.
