Someone translates the texts of the oil and gas industry, someone-medical ones, others provide synchronous translation services at events or translate computer games and films. There are no companies that translate everything in the world and to any languages.

And what do you value the most from the masterpieces of Italy, where you must often come: architecture, painting, sculpture, literature, cinema?

Or maybe cooking? Over the past 10 years, it was probably no more than three times. Italians work in the company, I am surrounded by Italian clients, Italian speech often sounds in the office. So, it seems to me that Italy is always with me! I love Italian films very much and with pleasure go to Italian cinema festivals when they take place in Moscow. And Italian cuisine, in my opinion, is the best in the world.

When I first arrived in Italy and lived in the family, I was struck that the Italians after eating were thrown out of all unable. This was a special contrast with the then Russia, where our mothers cooked borscht for the whole week.

Many areas of our work are connected with foreigners who come to us and Russians who are leaving abroad. Now this stream, for obvious reasons, has decreased. But the contract work intensified. Many entrepreneurs took advantage of the lull to “pull up” their contracts, to which in a frantic Moscow seal before simply did not reach their hands.

I always say that documents do not tolerate fuss. In the ideal world, the documents must be prepared in advance, and it is already the most informed and prepared to come to another country. Invasive in such serious matters as moving to another country to permanent residence is not the best solution. Have you seen such opportunities for your company?

Instead of litigation, spoiled relationships, hassle for many months ... I believe that you can almost always agree. But if the parties cannot do it on their own, and so often happens when a person blinded by emotions ceases to think rationally, the mediator comes to the rescue. He organizes negotiations in such a way that people themselves find a solution on their problem. In my opinion, mediation is very interesting and promising in a pandemic, when the courts work in limited mode.

By the way, the first thing that is taught at the courses of mediators: "Disable a lawyer in yourself." After so many years of practice, this is not easy. The lawyer automatically analyzes what has been said from the point of view of the judicial perspective, evaluates the chances of the party, and wonders what documents need to be prepared in order to strengthen the position.

The mediator does not pretend to be, he is “empty” and unequivocal, that is, he carefully listens to both sides and asks questions. After all, when someone takes care of documents, it is much easier to create, dream, plan, act and advance ....
