And youth life boils - we have a young republic.

But the relationship is difficult to trace. The interaction is weak. We created an open youth government of the OMP, there is a youth parliament, and even at the municipal level. This is cool. But if we are talking about the integration of youth into the cultural and economic space of the republic, then, first of all, we must work not as “representations of power” in the youth environment.

Do not work blindly in the interests of the regional and municipal administration, but to work in the interests of the young people themselves. To satisfy the political requests of the authorities is the last century, and we have passed it more than once. We are not here here. Much in Dagestan has changed over the past year, and these are positive shifts, and the minimum that we can do is not to stomp in the spot.

The fact that we are part of JAPP, youth government or youth parliament? Therefore, you will have to work. So that all our conversations do not remain at the level of discussions and round tables. We will also leave this in the past, ”said Dibirov. The leader of the youth movement identified two main problems: the lack of synergy between cultural, economic and youth life in the republic and aimless youth policy.

We hold events, occupy youth. But what's the goal? It is like art for art. In my opinion, youth policy should have a spiritual basis and a clear ideology. I did not observe any ideology after the collapse of the Union. Therefore, we scattered where: we divided into subcultures, extremists and assessors. The solution to two problems in our hands is to integrate into the economy and culture can do.

To integrate culture into the economy, too. Because the future, no matter how pathetic it sounds, depends on the fact that we, young, do today. Because our generation now rules the ball, as they say. But for this we need an ideology. In order not to ask the question “why do we need so many theaters” and to understand that we will never heal well, and investments will flow to us until these theaters are empty.

Because it is a cultural and economic space. Not a cultural process, not economic, but cultural and economic. Both the actions of the head of Dagestan, and the implementation of all 10 priority projects will also make no sense if we do not enter these processes and will not finally understand that the state of our republic really depends on our actions and involvement.

We need ideology, our original, identifying us as a nation, as a new generation, but having roots - traditions and culture. But practice has shown that a new national idea is not born and is not developing according to market rules. We do not need to copy anyone. We have a unique culture. I am sure that with such collegiality as in our country, with such jamaatics as in our republic, it’s just a sin to vegetate in the state in which we are.

Each of our action should make sense, and we must see the goal. While it is not, our whole work will remain chaotic and meaningless.

I propose to engage in ideology. Because when we will be truly original, when we see the goal, it will be easier to go to this goal. And each action will have a specific message, a specific road map and a specific result, ”said Dibirov.
