Vladimir Malyshkov Biography
In our city, he worked for many years in the trade department of the head of catering. In March, G. Malyshkova was transferred to work in Moscow - to the post of chief of the Main Directorate of Catering of the Capital. With the advent of Luzhkov, he quickly became one of the most influential people in Moscow. More recently, he came to Daugavpils with two sons - to participate in the prestigious international competition of accordionists.
Clean, but naked Daugavpils - Vladimir Ivanovich, tell us how life abandoned you into our city? During the war, she and her future husband, who worked on a militarized train, ended up here. They went through the whole war, eventually got married and remained to live in Daugavpils. Here I had a cousin. For the first time in Daugavpils, I arrived in the year - a song was held here.
Then I was fond of music, however, I continue to get involved in it now. And for the first time I saw what a real song of the song is.
It all fascinated me. I managed to listen to competitive performances both in Daugavpils and in Riga. These were grandiose events. After graduating from school, I came here again. I had a specialty of an electrician, I had to live and somehow feed. And I went to work in the blacksmith-press workshop LRZ. And he was proud of it. It was a wonderful factory - locomotive realm!
Dirty and broken wagons came here, and clean and repaired. In general, it was an interesting time for me. In parallel, I was preparing to enter a music school, which now bears the name of Stanislav Brock. And I wanted to go to study precisely to him as a composer and conductor. And I acted! Daugavpils in the years of the last century - it was a living and dynamic city ...
- You say "was" in the past tense. What is it connected with? The city has become cleaner, it is more well -groomed. But this is not the main thing. In the evening I don’t see anyone here - there are no people in parks or in the streets. Of course, I asked my friends: what's the matter? It turns out that half of the Daugavpil residents left the city and works in other countries. The city became clean, but naked.
And I, of course, do not really like it. I remember the squares and parks that were full of people. And now - there is practically not a single factory working in those days when I lived and worked here. And this is very sad. When I arrived in Daugavpils after the army, the giant-ZHV plant was just built here. There was a two -story dining room in place.
And I, a young guy, made me the manager of food production there. At this place I worked for about six months, and I was raised - they took the Riga cafe in the famous cafe. For some reason, the windows are scored for some reason. Then I was the deputy director of the restaurant "Cog" now there is the Shmakovka Museum - approx. And a year later I was appointed the head of catering in the city.
At that time, we made a lot of beautiful cafes and dining rooms, they were all crowded. Do you remember dumpling? And the Cosmos cafe? This is all the merit of mine and my team. We all opened this in your city. Does the nutritional culture differ in Latvia and now in your homeland? And it’s no secret that under the Soviet Union, Latvia was treated as a piece of Europe.
Because different tastes, different climate. And all this is reflected not only on the culture of food, but also on the habits of local residents. Here, in Latvia, there was a good and healthy kitchen, I tell you as a former chief of catering. I have something to compare with. And the cuisine of the peoples of the Baltic countries is very different from the Russian. Here they ate more dairy and fish products, herring in all kinds of types and methods of cooking.
Pork and I had a tense: there was a beef and lamb, but there was no pork. In Latvia, I always liked beer. I am not very treated with alcohol, but I love beer. Of course-a herring with black bread, which was prepared here in a special way. It was a branded snack in the glass of Daugavpils, which I once also opened here. We could still work for the good of Moscow with Luzhkov!
You were the Minister of the Moscow Government and worked with Yuri Luzhkov when he was the mayor. What kind of man is he? Bok oh side with Yuri Mikhailovich. Luzhkov is a unique person! The man is highly educated. It is unique not only by organizational abilities, not only as a large and competent business executive, but also as an economist. This year he came out a book, I drive it with me - I have not yet read it to the end.
He, of course, regrets that this conflict with the authorities occurred. In my opinion, a stupid conflict: we could also work for the good of Moscow. After all, almost all members of the government left with Luzhkov in the year. Luzhkov is still a scientist and a state -scale politician. By the way, he was offered another place - to head the State Duma or the Federation Council.
But he agreed exclusively to the mayor of the city: if you want - take off, but I do not want to go to another place. The eldest is 53, and the youngest is 4 years old. And with two of the children you came to the International Competition of the Chordonists.This is a respected and interesting competition - how many children are among the participants, how much joy in their eyes!
Well done, that it is in Daugavpils that such a competition takes place. The city can be proud of it. From the Jews, his name was Naum Moiseevich, if I am not mistaken. He raised many public catering workers and made directors from me, for which I am grateful to him. With him, we began the reconstruction of the “cellar”. All the time I tried to introduce something new, and he was a man of old hardening, but at the same time very wise. Grinkled, a drunk, but did not interfere with innovation.
And it is no coincidence that we were entrusted with the reception of guests from the capital and foreign countries, which we served in the restaurant in the restaurant. We had qualitatively and comfortable. There was also the youth cafe “Cosmos” - it was the first youth cafe in the USSR, which I made from the public catering institution then. For this, I became a laureate of the State Prize.
And in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses, at the congress of the Komsomol they handed me a diploma and gifts for the fact that I was the author and creator of the first youth cafe in the Union. Then they already began to open everywhere. We, of course, after the concert, fed them with a wonderful dinner.
