The son of the poet Murat Ergaliev met with the students. He had a huge impact on us children. I graduated from the Faculty of Philology, I am engaged in translations, became a member of the Writers' Union, my work today in the Ministry of Culture and Information is related to the activities of theaters. The profession of a journalist was chosen by his daughter. One of the grandchildren is an artist.
The father fought from the year, was the squadron commander in the parts of the cavalry, and was seriously injured. He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the II degree, twice - the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, other orders and medals. The memory of the war years has always lived in it. One of the last poems of my father is called “I dreamed of Petya” and is dedicated to the orderly who saved him at the front from death.
He never wrote about those things that he did not know. Maybe that's why his poetry is now in demand and acquires a new sound. Hamit Ergaliev appreciated every day, filled him with work and labor and wanted him to say about him: he left to repeat the song. Only a man is glorious!
