At the dawn of the career of a fitness trainer, you were rather rivals. Tell us how you managed to find a common language with each other? Yes, we recently recalled our rivalry, we didn’t even communicate for some time, because Anita immediately saw an opponent in me. And my vision is bad, and I do not always greet it at a meeting. It seemed to her that I always looked down on her and did not smile.

In fact, it was not so. We made friends on one of the business trips. We went to Barcelona. It was even more vacation. After that, we became friends and became friends. I have always been interested in complexes: for posture, rehabilitation, work with the back, work with deep muscles.

Therefore, my career and professional activity were built on this. I know that you trained many celebrities. Who can be listed? I had Vera Brezhnev. We were engaged in rehabilitation. In general, this is a very interesting experience - to train an athlete of such a high class. Because the first training he tried to tell me what to do. And then he realized that you just need to trust and relax. Then, of course, when everything became good with his back, we once met in the hall, I asked: “Vitalya, when to training?

And our all kinds of names I have not been called. Why did you decide to move to Poland? And over 10 years, I have changed a lot here. It was my challenge. I wanted to move to another country, where another language, mentality, where everything is in a new way.

In Krakow, I teach yoga, Pilates, there are personal training. But the online project takes a lot of time. I see a meeting-assembly with Helpers, I smoke all the processes, Anita and I are in touch every day, come up with new classes, new workouts, write down new videos. This all requires a lot of time and effort. For many girls, the main obstacle in achieving the visible result in sports or weight loss is laziness.

What do you advise in the fight against this drawback? I will advise you to trust the discipline.I myself am very lazy, honestly, and very often I do not want to go to training, cook useful food. In fact, everything begins with discipline. We tried to make our program so that it was not difficult and did not take much time. And you just know that you have a training and you need to put a checkmark.

At first, only three to five exercises are not many! And you just devote 15 minutes of your time every day to work out, and then, oddly enough, energy, motivation, inspiration appear, especially after the first month, when you see the result. And nevertheless, something changes in my head. Because laziness is clogged thoughts, this is when you live in your own vacuum.
